1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arxions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Arxions provides hybrid finance infrastructure combining traditional banking and cryptocurrency capabilities through a unified API platform. Services include account management, payment processing, card issuance, crypto wallets, and compliance tooling.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to registered businesses only. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are authorised to bind your organisation.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Keep API credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Violate applicable financial regulations
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to compromise system integrity or security

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Fees and Billing

Fees are defined in your service agreement. Payment terms and billing cycles are specified per contract. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any fee changes communicated with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, APIs, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Arxions. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arxions' total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state jurisdictions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
